Afoam strategized how to reconfigure four apartments over five levels of the 1890 Neill-Mauran House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia. A basement and ground-floor duplex was created by introducing a new stair. A full-floor one bedroom apartment was reconfigured on level two, while Two-bedroom apartments were created on levels three and four.
